There are different configurations for each copy machine model and you can choose to either add or remove features that best fit your printing.

Take for an example, if you don’t require fax function, have storage space constraint and does not have strong requirements for color, you can pick a configuration with a normal print driver, 2 cassettes trays with pedestal & no fax function.

However, in some situation where it is very hard to predict your print usage in the next 2 or 3 years, it is recommended to get a used copier instead of committing on a brand new machine.
