Want to rent a Canon copier? Read this Canon iR6000 Review

Who wants to buy a copier right? No company in their right sense should buy one and give their accountant extra headache, people.

People nowadays are reasonably renting copiers, because of many reasons and ever-changing technology is one of the primary rationales behind it.

And this is only rational. While a copier is something, every office need and not every one of them wants to invest in the machine.

There is a flood of copiers online as, but you can always rely on Canon and their iR6000, a 2500 bucks copier.

Why buy Canon iR6000 Copier?

Reasons, yes we all need them, so this advanced piece of machinery will enhance your work power with its 60 pages (A4) per minute copying speed and 5.1 GB hard disk.

The mighty iR6000 has the potential to scan once and print many copies plus it has over 100 mailboxes available, so all your confidential documents are safe as safe itself.

It has a remote user interface, means you can use it from your phone or/and from your laptop, all the glitters right? But it is if truth be told usable.

Compatibilities

Canon iR6000 is compatible with almost all the in use windows including, Windows 10(64 bit), Windows 10 (32 bit), Windows 8.1 (64-bit), Windows 8.1 (32 bit), Windows 8 (64 bit), Windows 8 (32 bit), Windows 7 (64 bit), Windows 7 (32 bit), Windows vista (64 bit), Windows vista (64 bit), Windows vista (32 bit), Windows Server- 2008 R-2, 2016 (64 bit), Windows Server- 2008 etc.

Special features

Except from the RUI (remote user interface) and the mailboxes, iR6000 has a massive paper capacity of 7650; it has four drawers which shall handle 4150 pages and a 3500 sheet paper deck.

7650 sheets are something that you need to sense upon. In addition to that you will be able to add an extra accessory a hole puncher to either finisher, means you don’t have to buy and load pre-punched papers, which are by the way costlier than the ordinary paper.

This 210-kilo massive machine can be used as a booklet printer as well, for booklet products a saddle finisher F2 is available, so you can print AS or A4 formats with saddle stitching and V-folding. The finisher takes up to 25 sets in the output tray.

Things to be careful about while installing

•    The USB ports are a bit of dicey area so be gentle in that section if you don’t want to damage the copier.

•    When new it comes with a three-month warranty only which is something to worry about because companies buy such things for a more extended period, so renting it won’t be a total disaster.

•    You must be very careful while installing the drivers into the copier, because installing multiple versions of the same driver may result in malfunction.

Final call

With the enormous cost of 2515$ and a warranty of only three months buying it shouldn’t be your top priority, but if rented this is almost a perfect copier you can get in the market.
